In our projects, we support and encourage people in all decisions they have to make regarding their career choice, training and further education or employment: Together with the participants, we develop their individual resources, show educational and professional perspectives or realistically assess professional opportunities and risks so that the participants can finally make their (professional) decisions consciously and independently.

We support cross-professional integration in the training and labor market. Through individual advice and qualification of the participants as well as good contacts to the key players in the training and labor market in the region, we succeed in creating permanent employment relationships. We attach great importance to a holistic concept as well as the support of our customers before, during and after the projects.
